These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Relay Pilot Chrome Extension (the “Extension”). By installing or using Relay Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

Use of the Extension

Relay Pilot is provided to assist users with automation and monitoring features related to Amazon Relay. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms, including Amazon Relay’s terms of use.

Email Communications

By using the Extension, you agree that we may send you service-related emails, such as:

  • Important updates
  • Account or subscription notices
  • Changes to features or policies
These emails are informational and not marketing-focused. You may opt out of non-essential emails when applicable.

Licensing

Each Relay Pilot license is intended for use by one company or one Amazon Relay account. The license allows usage across multiple devices owned or operated by the same company or account holder. Sharing or reselling licenses outside of this scope is not permitted.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of Relay Pilot may require a paid subscription.

  • A free trial period may be offered before billing begins
  • After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis
  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are shown at the time of purchase

Subscriptions remain active until canceled by the user.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds, if approved, apply only to the most recent payment
  • No refunds are issued for unused or partially used subscription periods
  • Failure to cancel a subscription is considered continued acceptance of the service

Privacy Policy

Relay Pilot does not monitor or track your activity within Amazon Relay. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability

Relay Pilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Account issues
  • Missed bookings
  • Financial loss
  • Performance impact on third-party services
Use of the Extension is entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific performance expectations.

Amazon Relay Disclaimer

Relay Pilot is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. We are not responsible for:

  • Actions taken by Amazon
  • Changes to Amazon Relay
  • Account warnings, suspensions, or restrictions

You are solely responsible for your Amazon Relay account.

Additional Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features
  • Impose usage limits
  • Suspend or restrict access
  • Enforce technical or operational requirements

This may be done to maintain stability, security, or compliance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Relay Pilot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
